WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOU?
For local weddings & elopements, a 35% non-refundable retainer and signed contract makes us official. For regular sessions and destination bookings, a 50% retainer is required.
All Alberta wedding packages include travel fees within a 60km radius of Calgary and the whole of Banff National Park. For out of country bookings, travel fees will vary per location but are included in the package with no hidden fees.
You won't have to ask twice! I spend all my free time hiking and mountaineering throughout the Rockies, and love sharing my favourite summits with my couples. I also have a background and huge passion for landscape photography on the other side of my work, so I am constantly location scouting and can assist with narrowing down the best locations for your vision.
I shoot on two high-resolution camera bodies- the Sony A7RV and the Sony A7IV (a main and a backup). Both cameras have dual card slots which allow your images to be backed up to two memory cards at one time. My lenses include the 35mm, 50mm and 85mm GM primes, as well as a 24-70mm and various wide angles lenses. I shoot on a variety of film cameras, and use an external flash where necessary for reception photos.
Though I've had a camera in my hand since my early teen years, I have been shooting professionally (both weddings and landscape/commercial) for 10 years throughout a variety of locations, and have developed solid experience in both fields. Paired with my local experience here in Rockies, I am well equipped in helping my couples plan their elopement or wedding day.

Yes! I am licensed in all the local National Parks and carry the required liability insurance. I also carry insurance for international locations outside of Canada. All licensing and permits are included in my packages.

I sure do! I have now photographed weddings and elopements in a variety of locations from the Lofoten Islands, Mexico, The Caribbean and Australia. All destination wedding packages are priced with all travel included and no hidden fees. Certain countries on my travel list will be subject to discounted packages- please inquire about these!
